Room Hire

Flexible meeting, conference and rehearsal space in a unique venue in the heart of Epping Forest.

We have 6 rooms in a variety of sizes and layouts available for hire, with a capacity of between 10 and 45.  Our facilities are ideal for meetings, training sessions, conferences, workshops, seminars and rehearsals.

  • Audio-visual multimedia facilities.
  • 10 minutes from Loughton underground station and the M25.
  • Large car park.
  • Access to Forest and grounds available for training sessions and breaks.
  • Disabled facilities and access to all rooms.
  • NEWLY refurbished toilet facilities.
  • A small tea/coffee area is available, shared with visiting groups.
  • Tea and coffee can be provided.
  • Catering can be booked via the local pubs or catering companies.

The newly refurbished Silver Birch room offers a variety of room options including 40-50 theatre or lecture style, 30 classroom style and 20 boardroom style.

If you want a break from your meeting space / event, we can provide an excellent range of outdoor activities and experiences for your group. Our programmes are led by trained, experienced staff.











































  • Basic room hire fee: £34 (includes arrangement of the room to your requirements)
  • Weekdays 9am - 5pm: £17 per hour
  • Weekends or hours outside 9am - 5pm: £21 per hour
  • Tea/Coffee facilities: £30

When booking, please allow sufficient time to set up for your meeting and to clear away after. Charges are made on the basis of access to the building and occupancy of the room.
