This RLSS qualification is designed to meets the needs of those who work near, on, in or around water, especially those who supervise others in that environment – including children. This is a flexible course with 3 levels which will be covered in the weekend, taking participants from the situations where you would be bank based, though to specific environments then in water rescue skills.

Tors Hamilton is the Education Team Leader at FSC Kindrogan who also delivers water training for the organisation. She is an experienced field and classroom teacher who has been working in water environments for over 10 years. She has also held lifeguard qualifications and taught swimming and currently is an active part of a RLSS lifesaving club. She has helped manage safety for open water swimming sessions for schools and for long distance swims. An active paddler and swimmer herself, she enjoys the water environment.
