Bring the family on safari to discover the worlds of minibeasts, mammals and everything in between. We will explore ponds, streams, grassland, woodland and a reclaimed limestone quarry in our mission to see secret Shropshire's 'big (and small) game'. Spotting techniques will include small mammal trapping, pond and stream dipping, bird watching, moth trapping, mini-beast hunting, bat detecting and badger watching. If you wish to extend your stay accommodation is available at the beginning or end of the course. Activities include: Small Mammal Trapping Pond and Stream Dipping Bird Watching Moth Trapping Minibeast Hunting Bat Detecting Badger Watching Activity Rating ** (Longer walks combined with light activities)

Your safari guides will be experienced and enthusiastic Centre Staff with natural history and environmental education skills to enable adults and children to enjoy seeing and learning about the rich flora and fauna of the beautiful county of Shropshire
